Seats Available:
- In 2019 |1,72,940 seats at 479 engineering colleges.
- In 2020 |1,61,877 seats at 458 engineering colleges.
- 11,063 seats fewer compared to last year.
TNEA -2020 stats:
- Over ~1.6 lakh applications were received out of which
~1.3 lakh candidates paid fees, and ~1.1 lakh uploaded certificates.
Rank list was released for 1,12,406 candidates who applied to TNEA-2020

The general online counselling for (B.Tech) and (B.E) admissions will be held from October 8-27.
The special category counselling will be held from October 1-5.
